New Vacancy - Trainee Sales Administrator

PDG Aviation Services is one of the leading aircraft operators in the UK and Ireland. We are now looking to recruit a permanent full time Trainee Sales Administrator for our busy Sales and Business Development department based at Inverness. A comprehensive salary and benefits package will be provided.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Sales and Business Development team
  • Dealing with client enquires by email and phone
  • Creating client quotations
  • Keeping records and systems up to date
  • Attending client meetings

Key requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Personable and confident
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to work using own initiative and as part of a small team
